What specs do i need for computer to run autocad and photoshop?

hi. i'm looking to buy a computer for architecture degree but i'm not really sure what specs i need to run cad and photoshop with. i'll prob want pc as i've mainly used them before and prob desktop as it won't move much and i'm guessing it will be cheaper. any advice would be appreciated!
