how much could i be losing and whats the best way *if the best way is the hardest execercise progam* w/e, its fine, right now im drinking lots of water, 2 meals a day, working out morning evening and nigt, crunches,weightlifting *i know* weightlifting builds muscle but im also burning carbs because i just started. it would be mucho appreciated if im doing something wrong or you have any suggestions
