What is the bond length of NH3?

using covalent radii. the covalent radius of nitrogen is 75 pm, and Hydrogen is 37 pm. Is it the three hydrogens plus the nitrogen - making it 186 pm, or just one nitrogen plus one hydrogen (making it 112?)
