Am I going through Menopause?

I am 45 and have a 12 month old. For the last year my periods are every 29-30 days I have never had an irregular period and i have been having however i tested i am 2 days late and it came up negative i did not use the urine from this morning i tested in the afternoon? Also 7 days past ovulation I had like a little pink browinish discharge 1 day only ? Strange
