Question about a movie I saw on Turner Clic Movies late at night?

The movie looks old like 1950 or 1960. I only saw some of it. A young girl is staying home from school becuase of a gang/biker gang 3 or 4 guys in black jackets kind of sleezy are raping girls in this town. A young girl is home alone undressing and she is paranoid the guys are looking in her room...meanwhile they cut to another girl who is captured by them..she is lifeless..short hair and dress...and is seen in a little ranch spot hotel and a guy grabs her to save her becuase I think he recognizes her as a missing girl... a number of girls stay home becuase of the gang but they end up in the girls house everytime and the police are clueless.. almost as if once it happens to the girls... they undress when they are home alone almost as if they WANT to be seen... I thought it was called "bad girls" or somthing like that..please help! this is going to drive me insane. I saw this movie about a month or two ago...
