WHAT WOULD YOU THINK IF YOU WERE ME??? ABOUT HIM IS HE INTERESTED?

...we met 3 months ago...he started talking to me and asked me for my cell number on the first day we met...and if I would have lunch w/ him sometime (insists every time i see him although we never got to yet bec. of school/time constraints and busy w/ finals AND NOT IN ANY OF HIS CLES) but said "make it happen"...he kissed me 3 week ago on the lips for the first time fast...he kissed me only 1x we were in private (we are always out in the public except for the 1 time he got me alone and kissed me) but in public he kisses me goodbye on the cheek...haven't seen him in a while...not sure how he feels about me?
