Are the stylists at ulta salons any good?

i need to get my hair cutt, desperately! i want to go to ulta in plymouth meeting, (in the metroplex shopping center), has anyone ever been there & gotten there hair cut? i need to know, before i spend money on a haircut i might hate. my hair is very important to me, & i would love your feedback :).
