Do I have the swine flu?

Well it started 2 days ago when my throat was hurting.. Then I started to get a terrible cough... Then the next day it hurt to move my eyes and my chest, stomach and back kept on aching.... Now today I have a fever of 103.1 ... Do you think its H1N1? Thanks for the help.. And also has anyone ever had it that can give me tips to feeling better? Also is there a cure to it?
