Sounds to me like you have a whole lot of gas hun : ( Whch can be quite uncomfortable. Seeing as how you drank a lot of pop and cabbage for supper, which can cause extreme bloating and gas. What I find that helps is doing some crunches or sit ups, laying on your left side (helps the gas move out better) and if you have any gasx, that's really benificial. Or try drinking (sipping) some hot tea, or coffee, as the warm liquid helps settle things down a bit. Hope you feel better.
