How do i find out if I have a pport on file or not?

9 years ago I took a missions trip to Bonaire, a small Island of the coast of Venezuela. We didn't need a pport at the time, but I don't remember if I obtained a pport anyway. I already checked with my school/organization and they have no record of a pport. Is there a government website that I can visit and is it possible to do it online instead of via snail mail/
