If you grow up in a warm climate where you don't snowboard when can you still become pro?

Im 13 and I wish to become a pro snowboarder but I can't snowboard in Jonesboro, AR so..... I was wondering if i someday move to a colder climate like to Colorado when i'm 18 could i learn and become good if i really tried. I know this is a big dream i don't expect to fulfill but it would be nice to know if i had a chance.
