Is Phi Theta Kappa the same as Phi Kappa Theta?

To me the obvious answer is NO. I'm not sure though. On one of those social networking sites I was putting in my college information and it had a section labeled "Greek". In the drop down list there was listed Phi Kappa Theta but not Phi Theta Kappa. It just made me curious to know more about such things.
