SHOULD SYMBOLIC SPEECH BE PROTECTED BY THE 1ST AMENDMENT.. AND WHY?

All speech needs to be protected, even if it's offensive. Every one has inalienable rights they are born with, it's not government given. Every person has the right to say what they want to say and every person has the right to not listen or refute those claims with claims of their own. That's freedom, ya gotta take the bad with the good, that's whats so right about our country.
